Important Information Regarding New Spam Filtering Solution

Great news, we are upgrading our spam filtering solution to make it easier for you to access and manage your email. Beginning on Wednesday, February 16th, you will no longer receive a Daily Digest of quarantined emails. Rather, all potential spam emails will show up in a new folder labeled “Junk”. This is a result of a system upgrade that will improve our spam filtering, as well as, provide a you more convenient way to manage your quarantined emails.
This upgrade will begin at 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15th. Throughout this upgrade, you will continue to have access to your webmail and email, however, there may be delays in emails that are sent or received during this maintenance window.
Important Notes:
- Starting Wednesday, February 16th, you will no longer receive a Daily Digest. Instead, please look for your quarantined emails in your “Junk” folder.
- Your current friends and enemies list that you have set up will carry over to our new spam solution.
- Outbound messages that trigger the new spam filter will immediately error in your “Outbox”.
